Navigate to Calendars
On the left-hand menu of your account, click on Calendars.
Calendar Settings tab.
Look toward the top of the screen and click the Calendar Settings tab.
Go to Availability
Within the settings view, click on the Availability tab.
Select the User
Use the dropdown menu to select the specific team member whose schedule needs updating.
Create a New Schedule
Click the + Create Schedule button.
Give the new schedule a name or title. This helps you distinguish between different routines (e.g., "Standard Hours," "User's Tour Schedule").
Choose from your calendar and Set the Timezone
Under the "Active on" dropdown, select the specific calendar(s) where you want this schedule to apply.
Note:Only calendars where the selected user is already assigned will appear in this list. To manage a user's schedule for a specific calendar, they must first be added as a team member to that calendar.Ensure the Timezone is set correctly (e.g., Central Time) to prevent booking shifts.
Set Working Hours :
You have two options:
Weekly Working Hours: Toggle the days of the week and set the start/end times to determine when availability appears.
Date-Specific Overrides:
If there are specific days (like holidays or one-off events) where hours differ, click Add date-specific to override the weekly defaults.
Save Changes Click the Save Changes button at the bottom to ensure the updates reflect on the selected calendars for that user.
