When creating a new post with Content AI, the form now dynamically adjusts its questions based on your selected social platform (like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn) and content type (such as Post or Reel). This ensures you only answer the most relevant questions, making it easier to produce targeted, on-brand content for each channel.
How To Set Content AI-Guided Content Questions
Step 1: Navigate to Social Planner
Go to the Marketing section on the left menu and select Social Planner.
Step 2: Create a New Post with Content AI
After connecting your social account, click the + New Post button. In the dropdown menu, choose Content AI to launch the guided content creation experience.
Step 3: Choose Platform and Content Type
Select your desired social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and content type (Post, Reel, etc.).
Step 4: Review Brand Voice Fields
Brand Voice fields will be auto-filled where possible. You can override these or add extra details to further customize your content.
Step 5: Answer Guided Questions
Fill out the mandatory fields, which are always visible. Expand the collapsible menu for optional questions if you want more control over your post details.
Step 6: Generate and Review Content
Click to generate your post. Review the AI-generated content, make any final tweaks, and schedule or publish as needed.
